La Civetta It is a historic house dating back to the early eighteenth century, immersed in the nature of the Apuan Alps Park in Volegno. Ideal for 2 or 4 people, this welcoming home offers a quiet and sunny environment, with a private terrace that offers a splendid view of the village of Pruno and the majestic surrounding mountains. Perfect for those who love trekking, the house is located a few steps from paths that lead to Mosceta, Pania della Croce, Monte Forato and the Cascata dell'Acqua Pendente. In addition, in just 30 minutes by car you can reach the enchanting beaches of Versilia.

Inside, La Civetta is composed of a full kitchen with induction hobs, a bathroom with shower and a living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area. The bedroom, located on the upper floor, offers a comfortable double bed. Heating is provided by a ducted wood fireplace, which spreads heat throughout the rooms, making the house welcoming in every season.
