Ten years ago, we decided to revolutionize our lives by following a dream that led us to Pruno, a small corner of paradise immersed in the greenery of Alta Versilia. Here, among the majestic Apuan Alps, we found an old ruin that, with much love and dedication, became our love nest – a house made of stone and wood that tells the story and traditions of this land.

Since 2019, we have chosen to share this little world of ours with you, combining our three great passions: cooking, the mountains, and hospitality. We are both professional chefs, and for us, cooking is much more than a job; it is a way to express our love for simple and genuine things, for the authentic flavors that speak of this land.

We love long walks along the paths that wind through these mountains, breathing in the pure air and listening to the sounds of nature. It is this deep connection with the environment that we want to share with our guests. We want to offer you an experience that goes beyond a simple stay: we want you to feel at home, among friends, and let you discover the hidden wonders of this corner of Tuscany.
